The rooms are clean and comfortable with basic furniture but a very comfortable king bed; however, there are two abandoned buildings nearby where homeless individuals occasionally wander into the hotel's facilities. The service includes making arrangements at another hotel for the night and offering wedding services and tours/ticket assistance. The dining offers homemade dishes. The facilities provide an adequate experience.
